Facilities Rental

The process for applying to use a BPS101 facility changed during the summer of 2025. If you have not used the new system, please refer to these step-by-step tutorials provided by incidentIQ to help you through the application process.

Rental of facilities is a two-step process. Review the Terms & Conditions of Use, and upon acceptance, you will be redirected to incidentIQ to apply to become an Organization Event Coordinator (OEC). Registered (i.e., returning) users may log in to schedule rentals.

Applicant will be notified by the District when the application has been approved. Once approved, the OEC can access the scheduling software to request use of the space.
