Rental of Batavia School District facilities is a two-step process. First-time users will review and accept the Terms & Conditions of use. Once Terms & Conditions are accepted, applicant will be redirected to submit an electronic application to become an Organization Event Coordinator (OEC).
Applicant will be notified by the District when the application has been approved. Once approved, the OEC can access the scheduling software to request use of the space.
