Financial Assistance

Three types of financial assistance are available:

1. Payment Plan

The District offers a payment plan to assist families that cannot afford to pay fees upfront.  The option to create a payment plan is automatically available when paying an outstanding balance of at least $100 in PowerSchool.

2. Free & Reduced Meals at School

Free & reduced breakfast and lunch meals are available to qualifying households.  Households may apply online or in print, which is available in English or Spanish.

Applications and corresponding documentation may be delivered to the Rosalie M. Jones Administration Center at 335 W. Wilson St., Batavia.

What qualifies for a Free & Reduced Meal at BHS (Bulldog Combo Meal)

3. Waiver of School Fees

No students will be denied educational services or academic credit due to the inability to pay school fees. Parents/guardians who are unable to afford school fees may apply for a Waiver of School Fees, available in English and Spanish.

Fee waiver applications must be submitted on a household basis. A child who is “directly certified” (receiving SNAP/Food Stamps or TANF) or is “categorically eligible” (homeless, migrant, or runaway) automatically qualifies for a school fee waiver.

Applications and corresponding documentation may be delivered to the Rosalie M. Jones Administration Center at 335 W. Wilson St., Batavia.
