The architecture team will complete a physical assessment at the District’s discretion and consider the conceptualization at each building for observable deficiencies and service life of equipment. Items requiring additional inspection/forensic investigation will be identified for discussion or next steps with the District.
Physical Assessment Costing
Once the Physical Assessment items are in order, the DLR Group will prepare a spreadsheet with itemized costs for each identified deficiency.
The Core Team will share the options with the community in two-hour sessions. The first hour will be a review of the process and options; the second hour will be gallery walks with Core Team members staffing stations to answer community members questions. Additional feedback can be gathered from the community using online survey tools to ensure that those unable to attend meetings can still offer input. If a scientific survey (poll) is elected by the Board of Education, the DLR Group can help facilitate selection of a third-party consultant for that purpose.

Board of Education Adoption and Publication
The process will conclude with a Board of Education resolution adopting the Educational Facility Master Plan, which will signal the launch of the virtual Educational Facility Master Plan microsite and communication rollout of final plan materials.
