Action: Approval of Contracts
The Board approved renewal contracts for Cisco Smartnet, VMware, Microsoft Volume License, and Schoolnet.
Action: Certification of Hazardous Bus Routes
The Board approved the recertification all existing hazardous areas that require students to be bused to school per Illinois Department of Transportation requirements. Details >
Action: City of Batavia Reciprocal Reporting Agreement
The Board approved the City of Batavia Reciprocal Reporting Agreement of criminal offenses as presented. Attorneys for the City and the School District collaborated on the agreement. Details >
Action: Approval of 2018-2019 Student Online Handbooks
The Board approved the 2018-2019 student online handbooks.
Report: Preliminary Status of the 2019 Budget
BPS101 Chief Financial Officer Tony Inglese provided the Board with a status update of the 2019 Budget. A tentative draft will be presented to the Board and placed on display for the community in July. After a public hearing is held in August, the final draft will be adopted in September.
