1:020 District Organization, Operations, and Cooperative Agreements
The District is organized and operates as a Unit District serving the needs of children in grades kindergarten to 12 and others as required by The School Code. The District is a member in the following joint agreements for services:
- Mid Valley Special Education Cooperative
- Fox Valley Career Center
- Cooperative Agreements
The Board of Education of Batavia School District 101 shall provide extensions for the District’s programs by participation in the following:
- Batavia Park / School Agreement
