We're Hiring! Substitute Teachers Needed.
Be a part of our wonderful team at the Batavia Public School District! The Board of Education approved increases to our substitute, building substitute, and long-term substitute rates. The new rates are as follows:
Substitute Teacher: Increased from $95 to $105
Building Substitute Teacher: Increased from $95 to $125
Long Term Substitute Teacher: Increased from $125 to $140
As you know, every school district in the state is facing massive substitute shortages and we are dealing with this on a daily basis. We have learned over the years that the best way for us to increase our substitute pool is via word of mouth and personal connections that our staff has with friends, family, and neighbors.
