My School Bucks Payment System Now Active Throughout BPS101
Based on family input over the years, BPS101 has been working to find a more efficient solution for payment processing of school fees, sports registrations, meals, field trips, and other related expenses. In the past, you have used multiple platforms to make various purchases and payments.
After conducting extensive research and a test rollout to RMS families last year, for the 2025-26 school year, BPS101 will begin using a new payment platform, MySchoolBucks. To prepare for this change, all BPS101 families must follow the steps below to set up a MySchoolBucks account.
Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, all school-related payments for the entire district, including registration fees, field trips, meals, and other fees, will be processed through MySchoolBucks.
With MySchoolBucks, you will have an online service where you can quickly and securely pay school fees using a credit/debit card or electronic check.
Using MySchoolBucks, you can:

- Pay invoices
- View important school information & links
