Hello BPS101 Families-
Weather forecasts are predicting a strong likelihood that snow and ice will create hazardous travel conditions mid-afternoon today. Our first priority is the safety of your child, so we are modifying the dismissal times for RMS and BHS students to ensure elementary routes are on time and that our younger drivers can get out of the lots and home safely.
The plan is to dismiss BHS students at 2:00 PM and RMS students at 2:45 PM. Elementary dismissal will be at its regular time.
- All elementary extracurricular activities are canceled. Details on RMS and BHS extracurriculars will be communicated by coaches and sponsors.
- Kids’ Club will be open and will take place at the Elementary Schools as usual.
- The East Side Kindergarten Meet & Greet for this evening has been canceled and will be made up next Thursday (all six elementary schools at the same time). Instead of tonight, please join us next Thursday at your appointment time. We are going to combine your event with the West Side Meet & Greet event that was already planned for next Thursday. If this schedule change does not work for you, you are welcome to submit all of your registration documentation to us electronically at enrollment@bps101.net.
