IMRF Employee Earnings
By law (105 ILCS 120/7.3), school districts must publish or provide notice related to earnings for employees participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) pension system:
IMRF Employees Earning $75,000 or More
Additionally, a public notice must be published at least six days prior to the Board of Education’s approval of any total compensation package exceeding $150,000 for IMRF employees.
