Financial Assistance
The District offers three types of financial assistance to support families:
1. Payment Plan
Families who cannot pay fees in full may set up a payment plan through MySchool Bucks or any invoice of $50 or more. Partial payments and scheduled plans are available.
2. Free & Reduced Meals at School
Families may apply for free or reduced-price meals in two ways:
- Online Application: Available in English or Spanish.
- Paper Application: Available in English or Spanish; submit completed forms to the District Office.
At Batavia High School (BHS), qualifying students receive Bulldog Combo Meal under this program.
3. Waiver of School Fees
No student will be denied educational services or academic credit due to inability to pay fees. Parents/guardians may apply for a School Fee Waiver, available in English and Spanish.
- Applications must be submitted for the entire household.
- Students who are directly certified (receiving SNAP/Food Stamps or TANF) or categorically eligible (homeless, migrant, or runaway) automatically qualify.

No students will be denied educational services or academic credit due to the inability to pay school fees. Parents/guardians who are unable to afford school fees may apply for a Waiver of School Fees, available in English and Spanish.
