02: Student and Family Acknowledgment

Families should review the Student Handbook and their school appendix each year. The handbook explains common expectations, student and family responsibilities, required notices, and school-specific information.

Parents/guardians acknowledge receipt of the handbook during online registration. Students acknowledge receipt digitally when they log in to BPS101 devices, accounts, or systems.

Acknowledgment confirms that the handbook was made available. It does not create a contract. Board policy and law control if there is a conflict with handbook language.

BPS101 may update the handbook during the school year if required by changes in law, Board policy, administrative procedures, or school operations. Current Board policies are available on the BPS101 website.
