Phase 3: Programming

Phase 3 (Program) was completed in late fall of 2020. During Phase 3, with District data in hand and the goals of the Educational Master Facility Plan established, DLR and District leaders examined how the needs and program goals affect the District’s space via visual diagrams showing options for demolition, redevelopment/repurposing, renovations, additions, and/or new construction. The result of this planning was brought to the Core Team during Phase 4.
