If you are getting an error or are encountering slow access speed, try turning off the TLS 1.0 setting:

• In Internet Explorer/Vista: Open the Advanced Internet Options from the Tools menu. Scroll down to the Security section and disable "TLS 1.0" by un-checking it. Click Apply and then OK.
• In Firefox: Click the Firefox® menu item, scroll down and select Preferences. Un-check ‘Use TLS 1.0’ and close the window.
• The Safari® browser does not allow you to disable TLS 1.0. As an option, Mac users are advised to download and install Firefox® from www.mozilla.com/firefox
