The Business/ Operations Department is responsible for all financial activities of the district and provides direct supervision or oversight of contractual services, risk management, contract negotiations support, facility management, custodial and maintenance operations, food service operations and transportation services. Included in the financial activities of the district are budget development and management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll services and long-range planning. Most legal contracts are also coordinated within this department.
