All incoming 6th and 9th grade students require a school physical. The VNA will be offering school physicalsat JBN and BHS on 5/31/12 and 6/5/12 respectively from 4-7:45 pm. The appointments for the May 31 date need to be made by noon on May 30th. Thecost for these physicalsis $25 or you may present a medicaid insurance card.
