The Network Analyst provides support for and maintenance of district Informaiton systems and databases. They perform a variety of technical and analytical services for district divisions and departments.
The Network Analyst functions as a member of the Tech Team with a primary focus on Level 3 support operations. This position requires the ability to quickly solve extremely complex problems and effective collaboratin with other Network Operations Center (NOC) staff
Critical Job Functions:
Analyze, implement and maintain District information systems Work closely with District personnel to identify needs, recommend, implement and maintain various software and hardware systems Monitor daily system's performance and execute corrective measures Assist other technical staff in resolving hardware, software and network issues
Exhibit and postitive attitude; handles confidential information discretely and professionally; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible, able to hadle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines; exercise appropriate initiative and work independently, priroitize and delegate tasks and projects as necessary; critical thinker and problem solver; effective oral and written communcation skills and strong interpersonll skills
