This presentation on the recent property tax increase was presented at the Batavia Chamber of Commerce's Eggs and Issues session on July 24, 2012. It's intent was to explain the types of taxes we levy, how the tax cap affects our tax levy, and how the bond and interest taxes affect the tax rate.
