Kane County Health Department has informed BPS101 administration that there is a confirmed case of the H1N1 virus at Rotolo Middle School. Due to our anticipation of this result and the District’s proactive absence monitoring, BHS and RMS re-openings remain unchanged. The school re-opening dates are as follows:

  • ROTOLO MIDDLE SCHOOL WILL RE-OPEN THURSDAY, MAY 7, 2009
  • BATAVIA HIGH SCHOOL WILL RE-OPEN FRIDAY, MAY 8, 2009

This is consistent with the recommendations by the Kane County Health Department, with which BPS101 administration continues to cooperate for the safety of our students, staff, and community.

At this point in time, all Elementary schools and the Early Childhood Center are following regular schedules.
