Listed below is the updated 2009-2010 and August/September 2010-2011 Deadline Date for Approval and Distribution Date Schedule for backpackmail. This is a Thursday-to-Thursday schedule for deadline and distribution.
Flyer requests must:
- be emailed in a one page pdf format
- must not exceed 500kb in size
- email backpackmail@bps101.net
- by the deadline date for approval or will not be distributed.
- In the subject line of your submittal email please include:
- Name of the flyer, school, and distribution date
Ex: John Doe’s Flyer, K-8, August 27, 2009
Ex: Jane Doe’s Flyer, LWS, August 27, 2009
If the above requirements are not met, your flier will NOT be distributed.
This format will help us insure that your flyer goes out on the distribution date that you request.
