Budgets & Financial Reports
There are several types of reports that BPS101 uses to communicate its financial status to the community. They are:
- Annual Financial Report (AFR): This document details the financial status for the previous year.
- Comprehensive Annual Report (CAFR): This document is audited by a 3rd party vendor and displays 3 areas: Introduction, Financials and Statistics. These help describe a comprehensive perspective of how the district is doing.
- Budgets: These reports are the yearly report of anticipated revenues and expenditures.
- Treasurer Reports: Reports given to the Board each month that detail the financial posture of the district.
