2011 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Results

The annual Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey was administered last winter.  After reflecting upon the survey results, we have developed a summary analysis:

Strengths

  • Satisfaction rates for achievement, quality, support programs, and learning environment continue at 80% or more
  • The overall grade stakeholders assign to the district is a B+
  • Stakeholder usage of Messenger has increased by 10%

Opportunities for Improvement

  • Greatest area for growth is in communication, and opportunities for stakeholders to discuss and provide input into decisions
  • Stakeholders' perception of the nutritional value of meals available to students at school has decreased by 7%
  • Students do not believe they have adequate access to technology at school
  • While showing improvement, stakeholders continue to grade financial management as a C

Next Steps

  • Focus on communication, especially our district and school improvement plans and financial management
  • Increase opportunities for students to utilize technology in their learning
  • Improve opportunities for our stakeholders to be informed and engaged in decision making processes

The results, broken out by stakeholder group, are available for review:
