Backpack Mail

Each year, numerous community organizations submit flyers, announcements and promotional literature to Batavia Public Schools with requests to send them home to our families.

Backpack Mail is a paperless means of distributing flyers, newsletters and other important notices that your student would normally bring home in their backpacks.

By offering this electronic flyer distribution service, Batavia Public Schools:

  • Provides a means for community organizations to share information
  • Enhances communication with students, parents, and the community
  • Reduces time spent manually sorting and distributing flyers
  • Saves backpack space and paper

Parents of students in kindergarten through high school will automatically receive Backpack Mail via the semi-monthly District E-News brief.

Organizations wishing to post flyers in BackpackMail should review and comply with all of the Backpack Mail Guidelines, submit a completed flyer distribution request form, and provide proof of non-profit status to backpackmail@bps101.net
